We provide psychosocial evaluations required for insurance to cover bariatric surgery. We offer flexible scheduling, in-person or via telehealth at a flat rate of $180. While not in-network with insurance, we offer complimentary reimbursement for out-of-network benefits on behalf of our patients. Weight loss and surgery preparation takes a whole-person approach to be most successful. We offer pre-surgical therapy to address any concerns related to mental health, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that may negatively impact your ability to achieve your personal goals and follow through with recommendations made by other health professionals.

Weight loss after surgery can have an impact on your mental health in many ways, and sometimes challenges may arise with sticking to the post-operative recommendations that can have real health consequences. We offer post-surgical/post-weight loss therapy to address any concerns that may arise for you that can negatively impact the progress you have made thus far.
